EMPowerplus Ultimate (15)

The minerals in Ultimate are 20x smaller than human cells. This allows the body to absorb them in their entirety – providing more potent nutrition in just one capsule per day than ever before. Although Advanced goes through a chelation and micronization process, the minerals are not absorbed as efficiently as they are in Ultimate. Therefore you need more capsules per day of the Advanced to experience similar results compared to Ultimate.
We would love everyone to have the opportunity to try the EMPowerplus Ultimate, however it may not be suggested in all situations. If you are in the middle of a cross-taper process with psychiatric medications, we may not suggest switching over to Ultimate. Ultimate is generally well-tolerated even for those who are sensitive or who may be on a lower dose of EMPowerplus. Please speak to one of our support specialists if you are considering trying Ultimate.
Ultimate is made using gelatin capsules.

Introducing the ultimate to your children is left up to parental discretion. It is recommended that you begin with half a capsule and work your way up to one capsules.

EMPowerplus Advanced is a specially formulated multi-vitamin, mineral and amino acid supplement designed to assist in creating a balanced life. EMPowerplus can be taken with other supplements however it is best to speak to one of the Truehope support team about the specific supplements you are taking. For example, taking EMPowerplus with certain minerals will disrupt the minerals balance. To avoid this we recommend taking other minerals at night before bed or 2 hours apart from EMPowerplus. We ask our participants to avoid, if possible, certain mood-altering herbs while on our Truhope program. There are no concerns about taking EMPowerplus with other vitamins.
EMPowerplus only uses natural sources. The vitamins in our product are amalgamated from whole food sources. The minerals come from a raw state.

Psychotropic (psychiatric) medications will interfere with the EMPowerplus over a period of time. As brain function improves you can become increasingly over-medicated. You can feel more side effects of the medication or increased symptoms of the original disorder. These medications should be gradually tapered off under the supervision of a physician and/or the trained support staff at Truehope.
As you build up the key nutrient balance in your body and the medications become an issue you may begin to feel over-drugged and experience more side effects of the medication. You may also feel that you are getting worse. This is the brain’s signal that it’s time for a reduction of these medications. PLEASE DO NOT adjust medications on your own. These medications must be reduced gradually or withdrawal effects can be severe.

No! When an individual takes psychotropic medications the brain can form a dependency and if you stop them “cold turkey” not only can withdrawal effects be severe but you can become very ill. The nutritional foundation must be at a sufficient level to start the gradual tapering process. As the nutritional foundation level grows more of the medication can be reduced gently, keeping you comfortable in this transition. That is why you need to have the support of experts trained in our nutrient protocols to assist you during this process.

It’s also very important that when you are transitioning off of the medications that you have not only the support of your physician and the Truehope support staff, but the support of a family member(s), friend(s) and if possible a good counselor that can support you and your decision to take ownership of you own health.
