As a personal trainer, Kathy found out about Truehope from an article that one of her clients gave her. Kathy had a family history of mental illness, and her daughter was struggling with chemical imbalances. She read the article and went online to learn more about the Truehope program. After reading extensively and watching videos about the program, she felt as though it would help her daughter and other members of her family.
When Kathy's daughter spoke with the Truehope support staff and started taking EMPowerplus consistently, she improved significantly.
Kathy also has her other children taking EMPowerplus, “I have everybody in my family on them now, and I think [the supplements] are making a really big difference in each of their lives.” Kathy takes EMPowerplus herself and recommends it to her clients.

Use of micronutrients in mental health continues to grow. Forefront mental health researchers and health care professionals from around the world will attend the conference of the International Association for Micronutrients in Mental Health at the prestigious New York Academy of Medicine from September 23-25 to learn how micronutrients are now being used in mental health treatment.
Dr. L. Eugene Arnold, a well-published child and adolescent psychiatrist, will be the keynote speaker at the event. Dr. Charles Popper, a well-respected Harvard Medical School psychiatrist and psychopharmacologist, will also speak at the conference. He has personally treated hundreds of psychiatric patients using EMPowerplus, and was instrumental in publishing the first medical journal articles on the effect of EMPowerplus on bipolar disorder a decade ago.
Dr. Bonnie Kaplan, a University of Calgary researcher, and Dr. Julia Rucklidge, a researcher at the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, who have published key studies on the use of micronutrients for mental health treatment, will speak as well. Dr. Popper has praised this work as being “historically pivotal in changing the way that psychiatry will be practiced.” At a previous micronutrient conference held in San Francisco, he commented, “Make no mistake: this is a historically significant piece of work that is being done.”
