Welcome to another edition of Common Ground Online. Here's what's in this week's edition:

Kate experienced symptoms of depression and anxiety for most of her life. She was put on antidepressants which seemed to manage her symptoms quite well, but after a while they just stopped working. She was introduced to EMPowerplus by her friend whose son had been helped by the Truehope program. Kate began taking EMPowerplus and simultaneously weaned off her medications.
Kate describes her journey to wellness in detail, including how EMPowerplus eliminated her symptoms of depression and anxiety and also boosted her overall health.
She says, “The hardest thing for me [about starting the Truehope program] was not the withdrawals I was having, but it was more the people around me and their opinions and their thoughts of what I was doing… People were concerned… All they knew is that I was going off my medication and I was taking vitamins, and they didn’t think that that was a particularly good idea.”

To make it easy, we’ll come to a city near you (if possible) between June and September 2010 to record your video success story!
Here's how the process will work:
- Email us as soon as possible (success@truehope.com) to inform us that you are interested in having us document your success story.
- One of our representatives will contact you to confirm that we will be able to come, and to set a specific time.
- At the appointed time, a videographer will document your story at a local hotel.
We look forward to meeting with those of you who are willing to share your story!
