I am a holistic psychiatrist and have been using the combination of Total Amino Solution and EMPowerplus for the last two months with my patients. I find using the Total Amino Solution and EMPowerplus very effective in calming anxiety and balancing depression. This is done as a part of an integrated approach including therapy, sometimes other whole food supplements and a whole food diet. Patients with a lot of anxiety and/or depression take more of the Total Amino Solution and smaller doses of EMPowerplus. The exact amount varies with each individual patient taking into account their sensitivities and symptoms. It is always a process, and adjustments are made as we go along.
My patients with depression and chronic fatigue feel better and have more energy. My sense is that these products have a positive effect on the immune system. A couple of my patients who are vegetarian, depressed and nutritionally depleted have responded well to the Total Amino Solution with the EMPowerplus. I have also found them helpful in decreasing withdrawal symptoms from medications and substances. I find they quietly nudge a resistant depression to respond to treatment. I have used it successfully with bipolar depression that has been difficult to balance in the past.
I think that the two unique formulas, having a natural balance in themselves, allow them to work together easily in the body. I am very grateful to have found these two supplements for my patients. Overall, I am very pleased with the effect.
