Evidence of Efficacy: statement to the effect of Iron deficiency or imbalance plays a role in the symptoms of mood disorders. Observational and experimental studies have shown an association between iron and Aggression1,2,3,4, ADHD5,6,7,8,9, bipolar disorder10, depression11,12,13,14 , premenstrual syndrome15, and schizophrenia16,17,18.
