Every participant in the Truehope Program will enjoy the benefits of our dedicated and unique support system. The support system principles are based on years of research and experience in caring for those who suffer with bipolar disorder, anxiety/panic attacks, ADD/ADHD and other central nervous system (CNS) disorders.

Here's how the support program works:

(1) What you will do as a Truehope Program Participant:
• Complete the Registration Form. The information collected is used to help us determine an appropriate dosage of EMPowerplus and to customize our support system to suit your individual requirements. Anyone who wishes to try EMPowerplus must first completed the Registration Form.
• Record your symptoms of bipolar disorder or other mental illness using our exclusive online Symptom Evaluation Forms, or SEF for short. Once you've registered with Truehope, you'll have acces to our support website, www.myTruehope.net, where the SEF can be completed. These simple forms should be completed daily or as directed by our support staff.
• Commit to a brief, weekly phone appointment where we will help monitor your progress on the Truehope Program. Weekly appointments will eventually change to monthly as you require less assistance on the program.
• Consistently use only the recommended nutritional supplement EMPowerplus.

(2) What we will do at Truehope:
• Assist you in the use of your participant resources found on myTruehope.net (SEF, self-help resources, message boards, etc.).
• Have a Truehope Assistant available during regular office hours to address concerns that cannot wait for your weekly appointment. Office hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 8:00pm, and Fridays 8:00am to 6:00pm (MST).
• Hold brief, weekly phone appointments with you and / or your personal support person to discuss your progress on the program.
• Use the information from your SEF to help us make certain recommendations that may improve your progress.
