The Truehope Synergy House project
The concept of Synergy House came as a direct result of the struggle that the first Truehope Participants went through as they made the transition from terrible mental illness to health, stability, and natural healing. Over the years, we have witnessed thousands of severely ill people become whole - freed from the incurable mental illness which held them captive. But many of these required more than we could offer them. They needed a safe place to go and regain their mental health.

There is a great need for a live-in rehabilitation and educational facility for participants who are struggling with the effects of their disease. These people need a place where they can go to get away from stressful family and work responsibilities and concentrate on their mental health. After a period of time, these people are able to return to their lives with improved mental health and a new lease on life.

Therapeutic and educational programs are being developed now to complete our Synergy House plans. We hope to address the major issues of healing for recovering participants. Some examples of the programs are:

• Overcoming mental illness through micro-nutrient therapy (Use of Truehope EMPowerplus Protocol)
• Coping with daily stress – finding an alternative to old patterns of behavior
• Preparation of healthy meals, basic nutrition for adults and children
• Management of personal finances, overcoming spending compulsion
• Daily exercise, learning to move within moderation
• Taking time for reflection, journal keeping, meditation and personal time

These classes and activities as well as many other fun and interesting mini classes will be taught and promoted for the patrons during day and evening programs.
